support in between scheduled visits; your regular assigned
technician will respond within 4 business hours or less of
the request.
- Remote Support
Up to 90% of all IT support calls can be handled remotely by
our help desk support team. This feature provides end-users
with quick and easy remote support as a cost effective alternative
to on-site visits.
- Help Desk
All IT support activity is recorded in our Web Based
Help Desk. Users as well as our technicians create and
manage IT service requests through this help desk application.
- IT Planning Consultations
Scheduled onsite consultation visits with your
account's assigned team of professionals to review and
make recommendations for you IT infrastructure and security.
